We provide a 30-days (starting a day you receive your vacuum robot back) warranty on our work and spare parts supplied. In the case of a recall, we don’t charge you for picking up or shipping and return of your device.
We take no responsibility for any new damage occurring during usage or shipping of a robot after our repairs are completed.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a vacuum robot repaired by us, we will repair the relevant defect. If we are unable to repair the robot within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of cost of the repair. We will pay for return shipment of the robotic vacuum to us and for shipment of repaired robot to customer.
