Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All requests and ready to return vacuum robots are processed within 1-2 business days. Repaired vacuum robots are not picked up, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of robots to repair, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All returns are provided to the same address where the vacuum robot was received from, unless the customer notifies us of a change of address.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Courier pick-up and delivery are available only for Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County in the State of California (exclusions applied).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
In the event of a customer error in the address information, any additional shipments may be subject to a charge.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SoCalRobotRepair ships to addresses within the continental U.S. addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
By request you can receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your vacuum robot has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
SoCalRobotRepair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
