The whole repair process was incredibly easy - I went to their site and filled out a form explaining the issue with my Deebot N79S, whose main brush was malfunctioning. They scheduled a time with me to pick up the robot from my apartment, diagnosed the problem, and then sent me a quote for the repairs. After settling up, they scheduled a time the very next day to drop off the Deebot, and it's been cleaning without incident ever since. All of this was handled in just a few days. Thanks again!
